| Personality | It is said that deep, deep, deep down, Prussia is actually a quite punctual and diligent soldier capable of stoicism and poise. Yet, most of the time he just seems to dick around and cause mayhem (usually, intentionally at first before grand mistakes occur). Barring this, the former nation is a loyal friend and determined person who fights to get what he wants, not likely to simply take 'no' for an answer.
Gilbert is overly affectionate with his brother, Germany, and hates Russia. He also doesn't get along with Austria, Hungary, Lithuania or Poland very well, though he gets along with the Italy brothers fairly fine. He regularly maintains a blog about his "awesome" escapades and is usually seen meddling with others to pass the time.
| Likes and hobbies | He basically worships maple, loves sweets and is addicted to shopping for completely meaningless items. This, of course, causing Germany issues since he uses his cards to buy whatever, but he really does love his baby brother despite this. He also seems to have a thing for cute, fluffy little animals. And for anime and doujinshi.

After their last meeting, Russia didn't want to wait very long before hanging out with Prussia again. It i for that reason that he asked Prussia to come to a late night picknic with him only a few days later. And luckily for him Prussia had agreed.
That's why right now Russia was waiting for Prussia to answer the door. He was very eager to see Prussia again and had dressed up quite nicely too.

Prussia had been scrambling around his house just about all day, trying to make everything perfect even though he knew he'd be leaving soon after. The cleanliness of the house just made him feel better while his mind was so chaotic like this. Instead of wearing one of his usual graphic tees and jeans, he was wearing a dark long-sleeved button down shirt and corresponding slacks, feeling a tad more nervous about this choice of clothes but it was too late to change them he felt. Hearing the doorbell, he quickly walked up to the door and answered it with a small smile. "Hey...."

Russia smiled as Prussia opened the door. "Hey." He said back before taking in the others appearance. "You look lovely." Russia said, once again smiling brightly.
"Ah, thank you... So do you." Prussia bit his lip and looked down, refraining from saying what he had first intended, which would sound something like, 'You look fuckin' hot there yourself'. It was quite difficult not speaking like he normally does, but he would make all the effort in the world to not royally screw this up.

The albino opened the door and smiled immediately upon seeing it was his friend at the door. "Oh, hey. What's up?"
"Hello, Gilbert." He grinned as he handed him the box. "I made these for you."
